in Sedona

This retreat has been brewing within me for awhile now. Sedona is a sacred place with a healing energy making it the perfect environment to gather for a soulful adventure.

We’ll be staying at the Sedona Nest, a Scandinavian modern masterpiece with breathtaking red rock views. Throughout this weekend we’ll immerse ourselves in nature with hikes, plenty of stargazing, and sunrise/sunset yoga.

This will be a weekend surrounded by the Red Rocks of Sedona - a land and home that will be an unforgettable experience. You’ll be invited to:

  • yoga + meditation in the morning

  • group breakfast

  • free time – hiking, exploring Sedona town, relaxing at the house

  • late afternoon or evening yoga

  • group dinners

  • stargazing

Retreat will begin 6pm on Thursday, February 27th

Retreat will end by 10am on Sunday, March 2nd.

If you plan on flying in, it’s approximately a 2 hour drive from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport or 50 minutes from the Flagstaff Airport. You would need to rent a car to get yourself to the Airbnb.

If you plan on driving from the southern California area it is around 7-8 hour drive.
