This will be the perfect opportunity to savor the beauty and culture of this stunning region. The retreat will offer yoga classes twice a day, as well as a variety of other cultural activities like cooking classes and trips around the coast. Domo 20 Hotel & Rooftop is located in the Amalfi Coast. This mesmerizing stretch of coastline is located in the southern part of Italy, renowned for its breathtaking beauty, dramatic cliffs, and picturesque towns clinging to the rugged mountainsides overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. Stretching for about 50 kilometers along the Sorrentine Peninsula in the Campania region, the Amalfi Coast is one of Italy's most cherished destinations.

daily schedule

There is a lot of room in the schedule to take the time you need for yourself. Everything is optional but the typical flow of a day is the following:

yoga + meditation in the morning
group breakfast
free time – wine tastings, afternoon espresso or gelato, beach time, spa treatments, etc.
late afternoon or evening yoga
group dinner on the rooftop or in town.
evening hangs

meals

A wonderful buffet style breakfast will be provided at our accommodations each morning that considers all dietary needs. Some evenings we’ll dine at the top-rated restaurant at our hotel while other evenings we will enjoy dinnners out. On the afternoons that we don’t have a planned excursion where lunch is included, you will be given money so you can enjoy some of the local restaurants and cafes for lunch.

The retreat will officially begin at 2 pm on September 14th and end by 10 am on September 19th. If you plan on arriving early or staying later please communicate your plans with me so I can help coordinate any details.

When booking your flights, Naples Airport is the closest airport to fly into (16 miles from the accommodations) or you can look into Salerno - Costa d'Amalfi Airport which is 24 miles away.

If you fly into another airport and are touring before the retreat, the nearest train stations are Vico Equense Circumvesuviana Train Station or Seiano Circumvesuviana Train Station. If you would like to arrange pick up from the hotel, I can help you arrange that.

I am leaving with true, deep connections

My time on this retreat was exactly what I needed. The Awaken & Free team created a beautiful atmosphere and set the intention for the week. Every meal was incredible and an open schedule led to the perfect amount of fun, reflection, community, and solitude. I am leaving with true deep connections and new friends.
I was challenged to go deep emotionally and spiritually.

My husband and I attended a retreat in Costa Rica with A&F. It was one of the BEST trips we have ever taken!! Allison strives to make the retreat a seamless experience for everyone and she’s intentionally relational with every attendee. The yoga was so healing and restorative for me. The teaching makes for a very rich and full practice. I felt so good physically and was challenged to go deep emotionally and spiritually. This has become a FAVORITE memory for my husband and me!!!!

If you can go, GO! Personally, it was an amazing experience and something I cannot accurately describe. Between the plans, the activities, the love, the cathartic cries, it was so memorable. Rip the bandaid and go!

Awaken and Free is the perfect balance of mind, body, and spirit. Allison is an incredible host and instructor. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect retreat where every last detail was so well thought out. The villa we stayed in was beyond anything I could dream up and the group of women was absolutely amazing! We all enjoyed each other and our time together so much.
